The Sebel Cairns is very comfortable, clean & good location. But the staff is very bad and not friendly. I book 2 rooms, I arrival at 2:00PM, I wait more than 1hr in the hotel lobby for 2 room in same floor(because the room are not ready) . And when I check out, the staff make some mistake of the internet charge. After I complain and request to check the actual time for internet (staff show bad face, finally find out the detail list show the time for using internet, I was not in the rooms ) I spend a long time to correct the payment.......Bad service.....
Very beautiful hotel whcih is near CBD. Everything is in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious and bright, with a balcony.
