很不錯

-People talking from the aisle could be heard clearly and loudly -Bed was quite hard -Ventilation is crappy. We have been left no choice but to stay at the smoking room area, but the smoking smell is way too strong and seriously damaging my lung n my brain. Honestly, i will not recommend this hotel to sound/smell-sensitive people, but hotel people is quite nice n friendly.

1. 經常性優先選擇此飯店, 感覺其服務態度親切有禮不造作. 2. 交通便捷, 往返鄰近景點都很方便. 3. 而且, 而且呀, 早餐餐點一點都無法隨便, 很豐富, 感覺超級貼心.

櫃檯人員有時候雖然會有所不足，但是都會有飯店其他非櫃檯人員協助check-in，感謝他們的親切問候與協助。

The bed is a bit hard. Not many choice of TV vhannel. The breakfast is ordinary. If you just need to sleep one night at bargain price, this hotel is ok.

出了碼頭見到一輛專車開走了，等了45分鐘都沒有專車，結果要乘搭鄰近酒店的車前往，有點不快。也沒有其他路線接駁如威尼斯、大馬路等專車，動輒要搭的士，不太方便。 早上中餐館要11才有茶飲，西餐廳要68元食自助餐，但中午預定吃自助餐，難道早上吃完又吃﹖﹗餐廳欠彈性，結果要出街搵食。 房間細了一點，但算ok，酒店地下入口有點不起眼，要上到21樓才有lobby，很輸蝕。

距離氹仔市中心約五分鐘車程, 蠻方便的. 房間很清潔, 一般雙人房的空間也算寬敞, 讓人感覺舒適. 基本的設備都有了, 只是拖鞋有點難找.

酒店樓下有大型超市,採買方便,設備普通,住在非吸煙樓層還室有菸味,另外一提在酒店可以看到威尼斯人,坐taxi卻要mop25有點貴,小疑惑...?

床實在太硬了和下午3時才可以取到房間

房間不是很大，但是有免費的網絡，總體來說還不錯

飯店相當新,離公車站牌很近,附近也有幾家早餐店,不用怕找不到吃的,飯店1,2,3樓有賭場,很方便,但我也輸了不少錢 ^^"

酒店相當乾淨,大廳在21樓,1,2,3F有商場,也有接泊巴士,酒店離公車站牌很近,不管要去澳門,或是潭仔,路環都很方便,但床是有比較硬一些.

good service, but its location is far away from the downtown... there are additional gambling coupons for fun, and i like it..

The hotel is newly decorated. Rooms are very nice but a bit noisy as was under renovation. I requested to change the room and they did it immediately. Service is excellent, far more better than 6 stars hotel. One thing is the bed was too hard, might be too new. Really good budget real 4 stars, highly recommend if you want to tour around Macau.

位置離景點較遠。 但服務及環境不俗。 且價錢合理~

地點雖近民居, 但勝在價錢吸引, 西餐廳的早餐超值, 食物水準高, 地方清潔, 新淨. 步行至皇冠酒店只需5-10分鐘
