location was good but this hotel too old, the shower water not hot after services be better but remarks is not a hot I think is little bite warm. coffee shop green tea cake extremely bad, disappointed!
I was arranged at 16th floor. It's amazing when I step in the room because the view from the balcony facing the Malacca Strait really impressed me. I really enjoy my stay in Malacca. Yvonne, Taiwan

1.飯店的三溫暖需要向住房的房客收費10元馬幣 應該免費較合理 2.送給房客的報紙 若能在check in 時 讓客人選擇中文或英文就更好了
景觀很好，可俯看整個城區；地點很好，旁邊就是古蹟區入口，並有三輪車可搭乘往各景點，交通非常方便。
