我們到達Mikes Hotel 後,他們推說酒店暫無空房(那麼為何接受訂房呢?)所以帶我們到鄰近的另一加酒店暫住,並答應隔日即可遷回原酒店. 因為時間已晚,我們也想休息了,所以就入住另一家. 但隔日早上,當我們詢問何時遷回時,他們又推說房間尚未整理,後又問我們是否可以就住鄰近那家酒店(至此,我們已知Mike實際上根本沒空房了,They accept your reserved even they do'nt have room for you and ....). How can we do? We accept their suggestion. But they only gave us a standard room, instead of suite room ( we reserved suite room). We do'nt accept that. Then, they change us another room, but it still is not suite room. We still did not accept. So, finally they gave us a suite room ( so, we must insist and we can get what we expect). At last , we stay at another hotel, not Mikes hotel. So, we can not give any score to Mikes, because, we never even take a look in their room. But, anyway, the hotel we lived in is still ok and clean for this is a new hotel. And the trip we reserved with Mikes was still ok, and no problem.
