prefect location, right next to the train station and there is a small store near to the hotel, you can buy things like water/food at cheaper price.

It is an extremely clean hotel since everything is new, especially the bathroom is shiny clean with like-new bathtub. Location is great, just opposite to the train station. Breakfast on top floor where you can see the dom & enjoy the sunshine. Sure will recommend to other people or when I go to Florence next time, will definitely stay in Diplomat again.

Very good with little kitchen area but need to charge EURO50.00 if use it but without any remind on this charge during check in

酒店位置很好找，很適合第一次去佛羅倫薩的旅行者。但是我覺得酒店給的房間不是很好，也許是特價的緣故，我的房間挨著樓梯，樓梯還沒有地毯，上下樓的聲音聽得很清楚，而且第一晚房間的空調暖氣都是壞的，酒店的服務人員態度很生硬。酒店告訴我整個酒店的中央空調都壞了，可是第二天修好以後我們房間的還是壞的，說明給我們的房間本來就是不好的。於是酒店才給我調換了一個房間。這個酒店和旁邊的Ambaciatory酒店其實是一家，訂哪個都行。
