Bad luck... Checked into a room with malfunction air conditioner, and still have to pay for a limited internet access although the website says the internet is "included" in every room... I will try some other hotels next time...

位置原本以為偏遠 實際靠近客運和火車總站 和免費的tram 房間非常乾淨 設備新 設計適合商務旅客 物超所值
離Southern Cross火車站近，搭車往返機場方便，但是離主要市中心有些距離，飯店的健身房很不錯，房間很大沒太多裝潢裝飾(住起來不是很溫馨就是了)，整體來說，100澳幣是很值下次入住
We have chosen a high floor room with view over Stadium and the view is spectacular. Will recommend travellers to book room with Stadium/Docklands view. Staff is friendly, and price is very reasonable for our stay in Melbourne.
Good location. Walking distance to city central. The room is tidy and room service is good. But the breakfast is a bit simply, don't have any hot food to serve.
It is a very nice hotel which is in the city and near train station, Victoria Market etc. Car park fee is AU$15 per day and you are allowed multi-entry. It provides continental breakfast and it is ok for me. Grand view room is very nice and the room is big. My wife loves the view very much. We can see Dockland, Spenser Street Station, bridge between Melbourne and William's Town (go to Geelong) etc. I should consider to book this hotel again for my next visit.
我們住了三個晚上，第一天的房間緊挨著旁邊的建築工地，升降機的聲音非常吵，我們馬上要求換房間，但是答覆說當天沒有空餘的房間了，必須等到第二天。第二天換的大房間比較安靜，但是前一個旅客留下的香水味道很濃，我們開著門環了很長時間空氣。這個旅館上網要另外花錢，這點很不方便。早餐也很簡單，只有切片麵包，黃油，果醬，沒有雞蛋和肉。地理位置還不錯，距離機場大巴只有3分鐘路程。

酒店位於市區偏西北側，以四星級的評等而言，設施略嫌簡單，但基本上還算能夠迎合商務或旅行者的要求，地段極佳，就在市區免費周游電車的路線上，到市區很方便。
